Quick Search Box

If you are known with Apple iPhone, you might know how important a good and innovative search is. With Quick Search Box (QSB) for Android 1.6, only, this is also got better for the Android phones. It combines the Google websearch and the phone search. Which means you can search in your personal contacts and executing a generic Google search from the same spot. The QSB also learns from your behavior, which means that if you searched for a specific item in the past, Android will pre-load this in the future.

When you are doing a websearch you wont need to open a browser of any application for it. Its also unique that the QSB pulls up date from inside apps, it doesn’t just look for the titles of the names of the app.

In fact, the designer behind QSB, Nicholas Jitkoff, is also the designer of Quicksilver, a app for Apple’s Mac OSX.
